Wasting 3 year life - Junior Engineer R&M Group Employee Review

Simply i can explain this company give 3 year bond for trainees and 2 year bond for other ne joining engineers. If a company provide necessary things for employees then why should they asking for sign this bond. This agreement clearly says this company is a fraud HR Team was the world number one flop of this company. They simply make dramas to showing they have lot works. Actually HR team does not work properly. They don't know how to run a company. HR head got this job by reference so every thing is flop here.
