Pros

Insurance can be very good depending on which one they have at that particular moment.

Cons

Filthy unorganized trash pile. No communication between any departments or upper management. No real pay scale you can have people working with you making 2 times as much in the same job, all depends if they like you. Can't keep employees, the place is a revolving door Untrained management. Everything is held together with a band-aid. Some really good people work there but the majority of the people are alpha males looking to prove themselves. Mandatory overtime Extremely poor employee morale Will lie to you to you to get you in the door Unbearable heat in summer Cannot keep up with orders constantly trying to get things out the door immediately. Expect way to much from employees. Tend to hire alot of ex cons. Take advantage of employees trust with promises they cannot keep. This place is the wild west and will fail without serious overhaul in its entirety. Do not trust this company Employees don't take any pride in their work because no-one takes pride in them.
