The atmosphere is family oriented, and everyone is treated as if they are the most important employee in the company. The owner and staff will do anything in their power to help you succeed.

Perfection doesnt come easy. It requires hard work. The owner is a former marine and he can be intimidating to some folks, especially if he is unhappy about something thats happened in the company. You dont wanna be on his bad side. That being said he is truly a good man and literally will bend over backwards to help his employees thrive. He likes things done his way and you cant really blame him; his way has made the company one of the best in the construction/insurance restoration industry.
