Pros

The environment at R-Square gave me the opportunity to learn more about the various analyses that contribute to resolving business challenges and the development of custom solutions for each client's specific need. There are multiple opportunities for professional development. Mandar and the team were extremely supportive and aided my growth so that I could take on more responsibility. I would highly recommend R-Square for anyone looking for experience in consumer analytics in a positive and encouraging environment. I would also recommend R-Square for anyone entering the field and hoping to gain experience under a supportive leadership.

Cons

No cons come to mind based off my experience here.

Pros

1. The company has a great culture which truly cares about its employees. 2. Due to it's relatively small size, the leadership is extremely approachable. 3. Even with its small size, the leadership makes it a mission to help foster professional growth in all employees by hosting regular training sessions (industry training, technical training, and professional training) 4. New Ideas are welcome if they make the current method of working more efficient.

Cons

If you're not comfortable with steep learning curves and rapid growth, this might not be the ideal environment for you. However, for those who thrive in dynamic settings, there’s nothing to criticize.

Pros

I have loved working at R-Square particularly due to the work culture and career development oppurtunities. Due to it being a startup, I was able to experience a lot of different functions as opposed to just being stuck in one role. Additionally, even as a younger company, R square directly competes with larger firms in the industry and predominantly only works with Fortune 500 clients. The exposure to clients across industries really helped me to develop my client management skills.

Cons

The only downside for R square was their compensation/benefits particularly at the start of my employment (During the start up phase). Although this was the case, overtime the company has significantly scaled its compensation to be more than fair. As the company has grown, compensation for all employees has been scaled with it which is rare to see at a lot of larger firms.
