There are always different events, so the job is never boring. Some travel for events is a nice perk. A small company so you really get to be in it.

There is a lot of micro management being such a small company which makes you feel like you aren't trusted. Work life balance is nonexistent and as a result you do not feel appreciated for your hard work. No holidays off ever.

Great attention to detail, very knowledgeable and talented department heads, lots of opportunity to design fabrications for high profile events.

Toxic office environment, micro-management leaves employees feeling untrustworthy, lack of proper training and systems, does not honor holidays, long hours, poor company values (if any).
