      RG Johnson is a rewarding work experience for anyone interested in the coal mining industry. RG Johnson provides experiencing working both as a coal miner as well as general construction. Both the work experience and the wage is fair and rewarding.

      Cons

      The individual must be flexible for scheduling, as shifts are 12 hours 3 days in a row, then having 3 days off. Due to this, half of the workers must be on night shift.
