Do have good online processes for managing and storing information. Some staff been there for many years and try to sound upbeat despite rooted problems in the business.

Typical family run construction firm with preference given to whether your face fits rather than knowledge an experience with some managers with very poor man management skills. Found too many staff in regional offices with significant fluctuations in workload from very busy to nothing to do and distracting others. Poor resourcing a major issue especially in tenders rushed and lack of due dilligence and checks with supply chain only to incur significant losses at construction phase. Moral on site not good either and many key staff looking for the exit door in middle of live projects. Had also noticed that newer staff tend to be given projects likely to lose money and apportion blame accordingly often resulting in dismissals.

Good company with many potential pathways and lots of experienced colleagues.

Dated and old-school methods of management and lack of willing to adopt new ones.
