      Pros

      Co-workers and commute are a positive.

      Cons

      Unfortunately after the acquisition things have gone downhill. The culture changed majorly. Work/Life balance is not really there anymore. They were already sliding at best before but we certainly had a strong group of people. Upper management has now managed to move a lot around to best fit their individual visions without thinking about team needs or our principals. We lack core support on a day to day basis. I’ve been here a long time & if I were just starting my career I would look elsewhere. It’s a frustrating experience. It feels wasteful.

      Pros

      The benefits are reasonably affordable, and the holiday schedule is one of the more positive aspects of the company. I’m appreciative of that.

      Cons

      Overall, this company looks polished from the outside, but behind the scenes it feels disorganized, toxic, and driven by ego instead of integrity. I would not recommend working here unless appearances matter more to you than respect, growth, or genuine leadership. The CEO has favorites. There is no in-between. Multiple issues have been raised, yet nothing meaningful was/has been done. Nothing is in place to support other employees.
