Like a lot of places, there are a few hotheads in the office who make the work environment feel a bit hostile. There is a senior engineer who has a habit of bad mouthing employees behind their backs. Word gets around and that behavior feels unprofessional. The pay isn't bad, but there's a number of licensed engineers should be getting paid more than what they currently are.
