Communication is nonexistent. There is no accountability for others when they mess up. This company is all about favorites. Leaders thing they are extremely smart with their ideas and refuse to accept others. When their ideas don't work or cost money that's not in the budget its your fault and problem. They keep making the same mistakes and don't ever learn from them.
