Pros

Invest time on training and employee growth certificates.

Cons

No diversity, it’s a project based company so be aware, Management is professionally rude. Low pay as well. No work means you’re going to get more unnecessary training or certification.

Pros

I ask to this company if they have any pros even? ZERO, ZERO, ZERO!

Cons

As a contractor or new employee, you may be treated very differently. Contractors often seem undervalued and are subjected to disrespectful treatment. There have been instances where individuals were left without meaningful work for months, only to be removed afterward. If career growth, stability, and professional development are important to you, this is something to carefully consider. Employees may be assigned work that is completely outside their background, experience, and skill set, and then be criticized for their performance. Rather than supporting growth, this can lead to a loss of specialized skills and professional confidence over time. There are also concerns regarding inappropriate behavior and a lack of respect for individuals' religious beliefs and backgrounds, creating an environment that may feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. You make your worst mistake of your life by joining this organization.
