      Very good people, you can take time on your own if you need (in agree with your boss of course) In summer (8 weeks) the working hours are just in the morning

      Cons

      Salaries are low, working hours should be just in the morning all the year and should encourage working from home

      Good learning experience and possibility to get a deep knowledge in its network. Good company culture and excellent relation between colleagues. Experience with complex ISP solutions can open you many doors

      Cons

      Little room to grow. Poor compensation, even to Coruña standards.
