The C-level management have no desire for openness, despite touting themselves as such There was definitely a feeling of being spread too thin on multiple features, trying to cover multiple directions without a plan Culture and values were defined too broadly, with too much HR-speak that was void of substance

- mostly nice people - no hard deadlines

- no idea how to upsell current products and develop new ones - only C level buds are promoted/hired - not really a place to grow - Germans have more benefits than people from other countries
