      Pros

      This is a friends and family company. That is to say that if you are related to or are friends with the hiring staff you will get a higher hourly pay.

      Cons

      They pay is extremely low. The average pay for mail handlers is about $14/ hour. Most make around $11/hr. No one has received raises since 2009. The only time raises are offered is when you talk about leaving.

      This was not an employee of Qwinstar Corporation but rather an employee of 3 Point Payment Processing. At the time both companies were under the same ownership. That is no longer the case as of 8/3/2018.

      Pros

      Qwinstar gave me a chance to take my experience and apply it to help support customers who were trying to keep their people and customers satisfied. Though near retirement age, I am having a good degree of satisfaction fixing problems that my fellow techs have never experienced

      evolving a company means changing the opinion of those involved-from part acquisition to keeping the customer confidence in your abilities and the company's resolve
