Cons
The product itself is rolled out before it's ready, pushed heavily by the sales team and CEO/COO/Executive team. They test it on early adopters with limited results and sell it as a product that is impactful (it is not) that is fully built out (it is not). There are also high demands on time, often realistic if you would like to have priorities outside of Qventus.
