Pros

I have been with the company for nearly 5 years and have had ample amount of opportunities to grow in my career by leadership mentoring and supporting me learning new skills and roles. Best company for employees with families! Family comes first for their employees and it really shows. Great benefits for a smaller organization which is so rare! A lot of PTO and great healthcare options, plus awesome 401k plan. They are open to employees working in office, remote or hybrid and can be flexible to your needs within reason. They offer education opportunities to help you grow in your role or if you're interested in something new. They are fair and give plenty of opportunities to learn from mistakes and help you understand how to be better the next time instead of reprimanding you.

Cons

If working in an office overlooking the ocean is a con, then that may be the only one.

Pros

Qure4u is a highly-motivating and fast-paced company. The people here are incredibly smart, innovative, and driven. I feel challenged every day to think outside of the box and get creative with solutions. There are endless opportunities for growth within Qure4u. Two of my favorite aspects of Qure4u is the diversity and inclusion. Our staff is largely female which is unique in the Health IT space. Additionally, we have people from all over the world with so much experience to give, and I have learned an immense amount from those around me. Lastly, I love the flexibility Qure4u offers, having the option to work from home when I want or need to is game changing.

Cons

We are a small company with high expectations. Our work is constantly adapting to the needs of our customers and the communities we serve. This means dropping what you are doing and pivoting to something else, or working longer hours, when needed. Sometimes it can be tough.
