Great shoes - Sales Qupid Employee Review

Just shocked to read all the negative reviews since management has been so understanding and patient with me when I was there. They give you more than enough time to learn your job duties and will sit down and review your job performance after your 3 months probation. They will let you know which areas you need to improve on and will acknowledge the areas you are excelling in. The management is also so supportive with providing us with any resources that we might need to do our jobs better such as buying any props that we might need for our photoshoots, getting whatever software we might need , and they even let me get certified for google analytics during work hours. I have even seen them allow other employees to take time off from work to continue their education. The free food was awesome too! They provide you with either an asian menu or american menu to choose from. How can you complain about free food? During major holidays they will cater lunches for the whole company and best of all they give you red envelopes with cash during Chinese new years! If you ever had any issues whether it was personal or work related, the supervisors door was always open and was more than happy to sit down with you for a chat. There are lots of opportunities for growth if you are willing to work hard and learn. The people that I worked with were awesome too. It felt like a big family that was always looking out for one another. Great company overall!

We could have used more vacation days but this was standard for all companies. The food menu could have been better but again it's free food!

Very supportive co-workers and little micro management (but this can be seen as a con)
