      Pros

      Atmosphere is pleasant and chill, management gives employees a lot of freedom to manage their time and tasks themselves, great work-life balance. During Covid19 uncertain times management proved to be considerate and forward-thinking and I'm grateful for this

      On-boarding process for new employees can be challenging at times, it would be great if it was more structured

      Can work from home. Casual atmosphere when at office.

      Cons

      Toxic office without a properly trained, experienced CEO in charge. Office bully that even upper management will not get rid of or discuss how their behavior effects the office. Low pay. Old boys club.
