Appreciate your inputs. Your feedback indicates that there is a scope of improvement in TAT (Turn Around Time) by the respective departments and we will look into this. We value all our employees irrespective of their employment status and have paid all our resigned employees their dues with respective letters. However, there will be some pending matters in case of employees who violated the terms of the contract and the matter is in dispute with our legal team. We will definitely look into our Separation Policy and check whether there is scope of improvement.
