Pros
1. No longer part of CHS 2. Insurance options were good 3. training was good 4. The company will close for bad weather in the winter
Cons
1. The pay was not great for what I did and the annual raise was only around 2% 2. There are lots of very unhappy people around. Mood is very depressing. 3. The place has a very good-old-boys-club feel. Most leaders are men. Not a good place for women wanting to grow a career. 4. Not many minorities work here. Most employees in management are Caucasian men in their 40s-60s. 5. They will overwork the good people but won't correct the bad employees. They turn a blind eye to the bad employees. 6. Professional dress is required for most people. Others have to wear business casual but it's strict. 7. No more jean days 8. Everyone is scared that the company move from CHS to QHC will be bad.
