      Pros

      The patients are usually great to deal with.

      Cons

      Poor management. Very little training - and contradictory when it does happen. Supervisor will call you out in public in a very derogatory manner. Retaliation against employees who speak up. Obvious preferential treatment to some.

      competitive pay and Sr. leadership stives to keep culture positive and it's working

      Cons

      Many divestitures in the past couple of years has cause lay-offs, but company seems to be rebounding.
