Pros

Exciting, fast paced environment. Wide budgets to test and learn different marketing strategies and tactics.

Cons

- No opportunity for promotion or pay increases (despite taking increasingly more work on) - No culture, whatsoever - Internal communications - unaware of business's short and long term plans - No flexibility (pre-covid) - Forced to take redundancy when office was relocated to Leeds - which predominantly affected women (3 of which were pregnant)

Pros

Loved the flexibility with scheduling. Annual pay increases based on work performance. Very stable work atmosphere and job stability.

Cons

Lead Brand Ambassador (my position) was the highest you can be promoted within the program due to all other departments have long-time employees that usually rotate positions as someone retires. Ambassador program ended during COVID.
