thank you for your feedback! We always appreciate to learn where we can improve, however, in your case, it kept us wondering, as we do not have any Patient Care Manager working for 1-2 years at Qunomedical at the moment.
In case you have been working for us in the past for that period of time, you will most likely be aware that instead of micromanaging the team, we rely on regular feedback meetings and trainings, and annual performance reviews based on which we extend promotions, both vertically, but also horizontally (to other departments if wished and possible), as developing careers is one of the aspects at Qunomedical which is very important to us, and we have a great track record here. I am sorry that you have not been able to benefit from a promotion while you were here.
