It’s a non-toxic environment, and you’re surrounded by very smart people. I genuinely enjoy working here. There’s no pressure, and management respects work–life balance.

Nothing comes to mind tbh.

Remote work. Salaries were paid monthly without delays. There are very few good people but they don't represent a strategy for building the solutions architecture.

A lot of legacy projects. Low salaries, no benefits, no career growth, no trainings, lay off the employees, when the project is finished, There are no benches. Very few English speaking noble dons among the customers. Poor HR brand, no organisation’s goals and vision. Too much management, not enough people actually doing there work. To sum up, you get treated as being a part of one large family… family from Alabama, while management is spoon‑feeding you mush made of empty platitudes and stuffing their pockets with handfuls of dollars.
