- Good Salary compared to the market - Good benefits, very competitive to the market - Get to know great people from the Epic games teams - Work with the amazing Unreal Engine team - Work with some brilliant engineers
Cons
- Clique mentality, not welcoming to newcomers. - No dedicated HR to guide the team or the team lead. - Poor leadership. Not having 1 on 1s, ghosting and avoiding communication. - Not openminded and not open to different opinions - No plan for growth in the role - Still have the small studio mentality and approach, while they have been acquired by a huge corporation. - No set practices or methods in place. - Not an ideal place to grow. - Unwelcoming to feedback and receiving it personally
