If you have no other options you can work in this company. The only pro is that if you will be lucky seniors might teach you something.
Cons
Only family members in manager roles. In each department, there is some member or relative from family. Don't even think get promoted in this company. When used to work every few months I had new manager. You get very angry at work, no work-balance once I had to work with 39 temprature. No one cares about employees.
