Pros
Hiring process:
Clear process, quick response, transparent communication, they gave a company presentation so it was a 2 ways process, mature negotiation, immediate response so you know where you stand.
On-boarding:
Laptop, phone etc. was delivered on time, very warm welcome, no full month calendar planned, instead a lot of room of own interpretation, easy going, helpful colleagues.
Cons
It's good to leave room for own interpretation, but 50-50 balance would be better than 10-80 (own interpretation). Especially when you are dealing with remote on-boarding.
