Pros

This is only for India team - Talented and hardworking, often ignored, India team. Exposure to global projects (but with minimal decision-making power).

Cons

India team treated as second-class: Major projects, promotions, and critical decisions are reserved for the US team. Contributions from the India team are routinely ignored. No salary hikes for years: Despite strong performance, employees in India have not received salary increases for the last three years. No transparency around appraisals or compensation. Toxic and disrespectful work culture: The US team openly disregards the India team’s input, creating a demoralizing work environment. No career growth or learning opportunities: Key roles are almost always given to the US team, leaving India employees stuck in the same roles for years. No structured career path or skill development initiatives. Constant management churn: Leadership changes frequently, leading to instability, shifting priorities, and a lack of long-term vision. Employees are left dealing with poor planning and inconsistent direction. Employees are just numbers: The company treats employees as disposable resources rather than valuing their expertise. No real concern for employee well-being, work-life balance, or professional development.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide constructive feedback regarding your time with our Quisitive India team. Feedback always gives us a view into what we are doing right as a company, and the areas where we need to focus more concerted efforts for improvement. We've always promoted a culture of inclusion, fairness and transparency, so it is disappointing that your experience with the company was not a positive one. Your feedback is timely as we are making great strides in addressing some of the challenges that we've been facing to ensure a more cohesive and integrated US and India team. In addition to the recently launched global mentorship program and upskill training curriculum, we've optimized our global services delivery model by adopting an "India First" initiative as we look to better balance our global leadership and delivery teams in the coming years. This focus allows us to scale and integrate our teams more efficiently for larger strategic customer engagements and presents our employees across the global new and challenging career, technical and leadership opportunities. Again, thank you for the helpful feedback, and please feel free to reach out to me at liam.collopy@quisitive.com if you would like to schedule some time to discuss your experience while at Quisitive in more detail.

Thank you for sharing your experience—and for your 10 years with Quisitive. We really appreciate your commitment. It’s great to hear you enjoy the team, the projects, and the opportunity to keep learning and growing. As an IT consulting firm with a goal to be best-in-class, billing is a standard part of how we operate. We set clear expectations and strive to balance those standards with flexibility, support, and transparency—so motivated individuals can thrive and focus more on the work and impact, not just the hours.

Pros

Working at Quisitive has been consistently challenging with new opportunities if you're willing to raise your hand. I find it to be a very flexible work environment, which has enabled positive work-life balance. The company has a lot of really talented people working hard within their roles, despite there being some pockets of disfunction and negativity. I'm hopeful about the new CEO bringing new energy, accountability, and direction.

Cons

There has been a ton of change over recent years. Quisitive has some work to do to continue to grow, but it seems like leadership is starting to move in the right direction.
