They give you the ability to learn on the job. I enjoyed being given the opportunity work in the next role I was asked to be fast tracked toward. They had good flexibility. I was encouraged and given the promise of promotion in the next cycle.

Although I recieved promise of a promotion and worked a whole job in the role I was asking for, working long nights to turnaround a project that was off to a bad start... I was later denied said promotion because ono one put it in writing. All flexibility was also revoked when it was agreed upon during the interview process.
