Pros

- Interesting space - Nice logo bank - Decent salary and healthcare comps - Quiqcation (annul paid vacation)

Cons

- No 401k match - Few perks except a points for recognition system It makes me sad to see how this company is being run into the ground. The problem is between the ceo and head of sales. Ceo nitpicks every piece of work that’s done while the sales exec barks orders at people with threats and empty words. There was no mission to rally around or inspiration. It’s only about money, and no matter how hard you work, it’s never enough. Ever. This leads to people leaving and roles not backfilled. The company is dwindling. The culture is to work 12+ hours a day, including weekends many times and they really don’t care if you burn out. You’ll have unlimited PTO but be shamed if you take it.

Pros

Amazing coworkers. Still friends with some of them today. Great tools for CDs — amazing AI Studio.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from sales and leadership, certain executives can be inappropriate. No 401k offering. Work-life balance is lacking — often expected to work evenings.
