Pros
I've been at Quinyx just over 6 months and Swedish culture is a breath of fresh air from working for UK and American companies over the past 5 years. The fact everyone enjoys coming to work means when we engage with prospects they can really feel it. We do things like FIKA (google it if you don't know it) which i always look forward too. Its a very family orientated company where everyone wants to help everyone and we all understand we all need each other to succeed. You can ask anyone in any country for help, and you will get it. HR and management are great with recruitment employing the right people that will embrace the culture and fit right in.
Cons
Not really any cons, however we are growing very quickly which is great! i'm hoping that will not affect the culture.
