Quinyx definitely embraces their mantra of "enjoy work" and has maintained the Swedish culture and approach to work. Hard work is rewarded and reciprocated by everyone at Quinyx, the start up mentality can still be felt despite the size and footprint of the offices and customer base. The company is growing quickly with plenty of personal growth opportunity and new challenges.
Cons
Not a con for some people but you have to be prepared to take the lead and use your own initiative to make the most of working for Quinyx, waiting to be told what to do here is not going to work.
