      Pros

      - Unlimited WFH and Leave policy - HR Team (Winston and Nidhi) and Finance (Suhas and Nikita) team are kickass - Free Lunch, Quarterly Team Dinner

      Cons

      - CEO is more a micromanager than a visionary leader. - Favoritism from CEO. If you are in his good books, you are good. - No product vision. No idea about what industry needs. - CEO does everything other than CEOs actual job. - No inspiration. "His boys" get credit for everyone's effort.

      Company as a whole is very short sighted, maybe because they are constantly in an existential crisis, but anyways that makes the work very haphazard and non fulfilling.
