      Pros

      I was hesitant about a "train to hire" program, but this was everything and more. As someone not with an IT background, the training had me feel very prepaired for the client interview- whom I was about to get placed with. We were 100% "paid-to-learn".

      Cons

      Not many. I believe a merger is going on to help mitigate previous reviews 'cons' ie on boarding process.

      Remote Role Start up company so great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape the department and role Able to directly contribute to the success of the trainees Manager of L&D very open to trying new ideas and supportive

      Building programming as you are using it can be stressful
