the single worst employment experience I’ve ever had. Management has no respect for staff, no plans for growth, likely to terminate contract without warning, regular performance metrics are not used to measure success and productivity reviews are based on what the management team feels like on the day. There is no appreciation for the work done by staff and management have no interpersonal skills. Company’s future seems bleak and fleeting
