Pros

Clean and Safe work environment Potential to build some incredible work relationships with some phenomenal people

Cons

Infinitely vast problems with this family run group -Brutally low wages for literally anybody at this company that isn’t a top 3 salesperson, advisors and business managers alike. Will nickel and dime even their most astute, hard working employees. -Grossly greedy family run business that has handed the keys over to the “kids” who have little to no idea how to run an ethical, inclusive, culturally developed business. Will do anything to save a nickel -Management that turns their heads at unethical treatment of staff, harassment, favourites can do no wrong -Try to trick you into committing to a “promotional opportunity” with increased responsibilities but without an increase in pay -Toxic work environment, little support from supervisors and management. Employees are EXTREMELY stressed (went through 3 or 4 senior service advisors that had over 10 years experience in less than 3 or 4 months) -Revolving Door of Employees: Across their three main dealerships, staff are hired and fired on a weekly basis. Countless staff quit before they finish their first month on the job. -Long hours. 11-12 hour shifts for many of the service staff. -Definition of “it’s who you know.” Will hire “family friends” with literally zero relevant work experience/background into roles that require moderate knowledge of vehicles, but who are required to make informed, crucial business decisions for the departments they run but couldn’t point to a brake rotor on a car if you asked.

Pros

They are cheap to hire so they will never hire an experienced person instead they will hire a brand new person. As a brand new person although pay is way below industry average but you get to learn a lot.

Cons

You are highly micromanaged here. Everything you do is micromanaged. There Is a lot of workplace politics and no proper system. A sales person could come in and insult you infront of your team whenever they had an issue instead of properly going to their manager and conveying the message like normal dealerships. Also, lots of blame games, people tend to care more about who to blame then to actually resolve the issue. Environment looks okay when you start but once you get to know it. It gets very toxic.

Some managers do not step in to help when there is a high volume of calls Poor wage
