Pros
The only good thing was they gave 6 months initial work from home. Other than that everything was bad to worst. I wouldn't even give half a star on my experience at this company if glassdoor allows that star rating.
Cons
They have ZERO work life balance. The manager often use to start meeting after 6.30 or 7 pm which is after working hours and it use to go till 9.30 or even 10 at times. Also you can hear the TV and family members of the manager chatting or shouting on the kids, on teams meeting. That's the professional level of the managers at Quinstreet. They hired me on probations of 6 months saying they will provide full training. But after 2 and half months and not even completing 40% of the training they told me to learn rest of the 60% of thing on my own and only gave me a week to learn it. while learning on my own when I had a doubt I use to ping the manager or senior team members on MS Teams, asking for help but use to get help two or three hours later. Lost a lot of time in getting my doubts clear but the management never bothered doing anything about it. Senior team members were not supportive at all. I read good review on glassdoor about Quistreet and started working in the company but found out to be totally opposite.
