      Good academy - great support Helpful and quick to respond Trainers care and are invested

      Cons

      Could be a little more active in bringing trainees together and communication during training period. Very much left to own devices

      Pros

      Potential for growth Great work environment Good benefits and PTO Quinn does mini "courses" every few weeks to improve skills such as: quote writing, pitching real estate vs travel clients etc.

      Cons

      Work/life balance really depends on what team you're on and portfolio Senior management needs work and should be more hands on Senior management should interact more with junior staff on a daily basis Need to pay more attention to junior staff Too many internal meetings
