I have been with the company (and its predecessors) for seven years. During that time, I have watched as our team has come together to utilize everyone's talents to make something truly great. The leadership team is accessible, supportive, and trusts in their team to get the job done. We work hard, but we play hard too: fun, collaborative team environment.
Cons
Quillt works within an industry that can present sudden changes and challenges to overcome at times. Our team has continued to excel in the midst of adversity, making iterative changes, but if you are averse to adversity and change, you may struggle here.
