Pros
The job is... eh, okay. You'll have plenty of busy work to make the day pass... usually. Co-workers and managers were generally pretty friendly. The job isn't exactly difficult, though there's a bit to learn. It did pay slightly better than Kinkos. There are health benefits.
Cons
The owners were extraordinarily cheap about many things but willing to blow it on free pickup and delivery and being open for two customers on Saturdays. They are slow to hire, which is a problem since turnover is quite large. There is no initiative for regular employees to make additional sales, aside from a goal that is reached city-wide that affects everyone. There was no outside sales rep, and they really need one. The marketing for the company was nearly non-existent, which is pretty sad for a company that has a graphic design team and a mailhouse. No training whatsoever.
