Pros

The workspace has beautiful views and it’s very nicely decorated.

Cons

If you are not related to the CEO, you probably won’t be employed there very long or someone related to him will come along and you’ll be replaced. There’s no loyalty between senior management and individuals at any level. The turnover is the fastest I have ever seen at any company. No one is safe.. and if they lose one contract, they fire half of the company. Maybe if they didn’t spend so much money, donating it to nonprofits and such they have enough to pay their employees what they deserve. I do not recommend working here as you will probably be let go within the first 12 months. They offer a salary that is not competitive and try to make it sound better by talking about all the benefits they provide their employees internally. Such as a barista, a masseuse, and a chiropractor, but they’ll make sure that you clock out before attending a massage or chiropractor appointment, even though they’re trying to make it an incentive. But you end up paying for the appointment since it’s not included in your workday. Oh and make sure you clock out during your lunch breaks as well. So not only do you have to sit in a crazy amount of traffic, but you have to clock out for any of their extra incentives or eat lunch. Also hybrid / remote work is not an option.

Pros

-Broad exposure to systems and responsibilities -Plenty of opportunities to learn on the fly

Cons

-Minimal structure and long-term direction -Inconsistent communication from leadership -Policy enforcement varies -Stability can change quickly, especially after acquisitions **If you’re looking for a workplace where structure is more of a suggestion than a requirement, this could be a great fit. The company is very good at acquiring other organizations. What happens after that is where things tend to get…interesting. So if you enjoy a bit of unpredictability in your job security, you’ll get that here. Leadership communication is…selective. Decisions often happen somewhere above the horizon, and by the time they reach you (if they do), the impact is already in motion. Policies, especially around things like remote work, exist, but how they’re applied can depend on circumstances that aren’t always clear. Expectations can shift quickly, and what’s said in the moment doesn’t always line up with what happens later. If you value consistency, structure, and clearly defined processes, this may not be the environment for you. On the flip side, if you enjoy figuring things out as you go, wearing multiple hats, and navigating shifting priorities with little structure, you’ll probably adapt just fine.
