- Managing Director is a tyrant who will repeatedly lie, micromanage, manipulate and on multiple occasions leak confidential information regarding other memebers of staff (Also note; is highly prone to providing unsavory comments to other and shout at their peers for little to no reason) - High staff turnover with a very cliche like environment - Abysmal work/life balance - You will be expected to work in different areas even if you feel uncomfortable - Questionable business practises - Zero lack of career opportunities within the company also note a majority of the management figures are close friends of the Managing Director - Most of the companies positive reviews are from higher management which is aganist Glassdoors TOS - Highly disorganised which also includes a work rota that is rarely updated - Management repeatedly boast about company turnover however completely reluctant to provide lower staff with any form of payrise (Expect to hear the word 'business model' alot as this was changed three times alone during my tenure) - Lack of training and support from some senior memebers of staff - Highly target driven environment
