      Lots of nice team members

      Cons

      The management team consists of lots of the MD’s family and friends. Beware if you have a difference of opinion or management style to the MD. You’ll be out the door before you know it! Wouldn’t stand a chance of this behaviour in a corporate firm. Real lack of professionalism from the MD and a very controlling environment. Never seen anything quite like it.

      Decent pay Friendly colleagues Opportunity to grow

      Have to be vigilant on what you say and do, as there is always someone watching your every move Lack of holiday allowance for agents (20 days a year including some public holidays) Have to follow every order from the managing director, no compromise or questions Minimal breaks and lunch
