Pros
For a first time worker, this is one of the best options out there. Work is relatively easy. Teaches you valuable skills for work in an office environment, if you're new to employment.
Cons
Regional managers very detached from the situation on the ground. Little upwards mobility for employees. Often doesn't pick out new managers/assistant managers from current employees. Lacking technology, for their area.
