Stable jobs all around for the most part and being apart of Jarden gives some extra benefits most other companies don't (discount stock, employee discounts). Management is flexible with personal time. Good place to work if you live in the area and want a predictable schedule with predicable pay while you wait to retire. NOT a place to work if you are young and looking to advance.

Pay is average at best for an expensive area to live in and raises are very low (1-3% across all levels). There is no flexibility in negotiating your compensation and very little to non existent opportunities for advancement. If you are looking for a place to grow in, this is NOT it.
