Some nice working opportunities abroad

Cons

No benefits despite multiple promises. No adequate training, management likes to turn their heads away when asking for something. They also promise things that they never realize (projects, end of year bonus etc.).

great team, team spirit and company culture, challenging and rewarding job, good career development and learning opportunities, getting to travel and discover new people and places

during project peaks might be challenging in terms of workload
