Pros

Cons

- The 2 "CEOs" are constantly bumping into each other egos. - You get more micromanaged here than if you worked as a cashier at loblaws. - the pictures they posted are not reflective of the actual office. The office is a horrible space. - company culture they sell you is different than what you get. Example: they moved a developer so that the CEO could see at all times if he was visiting Facebook. - they hire top talent then they tire them with senseless infinite meetings until they run away. - the people left there are the ones that are afraid that can't get a better job. - Everyone's time is managed to the dot. Expect as they call it "a huddle" every morning where you discuss what you did the day before and that day because the CEO has no idea and doesn't remember and also a great way for him to micromanage.

Pros

Tishan and Ravin are awesome - the company has certainly created a very warm and welcoming environment, for fulltime and coop employees alike. There's a strong sense of family within this company. Follows an agile methodology, which is great for any software development workplace.

Cons

Being located in a building with other startups - tech startups - would be helpful.
