Pros

- Some genuinely talented people across teams, many of whom have already left in the last 6 months due to the culture. - A few colleagues were supportive and helpful despite the environment.

Cons

- Extremely toxic work culture with all power and decision-making centralised with the CEO, leading to biased and arbitrary outcomes. - Heavy micromanagement and rigid work from office expectations, especially for the customer-facing teams, mostly extending to 6 working days and even national holidays. - No growth or career progression. In my 2+ years at the company, I did not see a single promotion. Leadership openly states that the company does not believe and has any policy for promotions. - Petty and demoralizing practices, including scrutiny over minor expenses and marking employees half-day for being in office less than six hours—reflecting poor leadership priorities. And why would a CEO directly look into this. - Questioning decisions or challenging the status quo is treated as dissent and often results in punishment through multiple ways.

Pros

QuickReply added pace to my growth. I started with an MNC, but here there is no hierarchy. The leadership team is helpful in your low times and is transparent. If you want to grow and want to put in your best effort, this is the best place. I have learned so much in my last 18 months.

Cons

Nothing is such but yes it's a startup and the team is growing. Sometimes things come up ad-hoc and need to be managed. People who want a very very chill work-life struggle here.

Pros

I was stuck in big Mnc's with layers of hierarchy and it would have taken me years to get the kind of ownership I have here. I am involved in decision making and manage mid/ critical module. Plus the growth is in terms of impact that you make, ownership that you take and not in number of years you spend with company

Cons

None that I could think of. But, its a demanding environment - like most high growth startups have. So, ensure you are of the startup DNA. If you like a chill, relaxed life, better join a Mnc.
