QuickReply added pace to my growth. I started with an MNC, but here there is no hierarchy. The leadership team is helpful in your low times and is transparent. If you want to grow and want to put in your best effort, this is the best place. I have learned so much in my last 18 months.

Nothing is such but yes it's a startup and the team is growing. Sometimes things come up ad-hoc and need to be managed. People who want a very very chill work-life struggle here.

It was great working at QuickReply. The team was very talented and it was a fun filled environment. I made friends for life. The team, managers and founders are approachable.
