Enjoyed co-workers, a couple of the directors knew/know their stuff and are good to work with, average benefits (use to be great), two floating holidays where you can pick from some of the lessor celebrated holidays like President's Day which ones you want off, teams are loyal to each other

Never know who the next person is that will be fired or leave, owner thinks all development can be done in 5 minutes and can't see it takes time to make a great product, employees are not listened too, it's the owners' way or the highway, employees are overworked, stressed and on edge all the time

Easy to get a job there provided you have the basic skills. If you show up, do your job and don't rock the boat (i.e. question or disagree with management), you will have a job as long as you want.

Management saps the morale from its employees. Every minute of your workday is closely monitored. Promotions were often given to junior level employees, even though senior employees were the ones who trained them and often had to check their work. Salary isn't the best. No real opportunities for advancement or training. High turnover.
